Executive Personal Assistant for the Top US Designer & CEO in Fashion to $150k plus

Support CEO in the execution of all daily Executive & Personal administrative needs of the office and home. Manage all aspects of the CEO’s office and perform diversified administrative duties and duties at the executive level including project management, meeting management, and other confidential matters.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
·       Manage all administrative aspects of CEO’s office including composing correspondence, appointment scheduling, edit and proofreading documents, handling inquiries, processing expense reports.
·       Screen incoming email, mail and phone calls; respond as appropriate.  Answer correspondence and take action on requests as appropriate.
·       Support all finance and budget requests – weekly and monthly forecasts, reports and communication
·       Assist CEO with special projects that entail interaction at customer, industry, corporate, and community levels.  Arrange offsite, internal and external meetings
·       Handle personal business as required including Multiple Homes, Drivers, Housekeeping, chef, Yoga Instruction, Vacations, etc.
·       Manage Junior Administrative Office Staff.
·       Schedule all travel and hotel reservations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Job Experience:                  8 plus years of executive assistant/administrative experience. Fashion or Creative environment preferred. 
Education:                           Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Technical Skills:                Strong word processing skills in Windows environment Windows 8, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Organizational Skills:      Time and work flow management; budget management; ability to maintain multiple projects simultaneously, sometimes of large volume;             ability to create administrative systems; strong influence skills.
Professional Skills:           Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; flexible; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information; ability     to juggle multiple tasks; independent; team player; poised; strong customer focus; Reasonable schedule flexibility to accommodate to demands of the business and the CEO as required.
